Account Creation & Security
Registration Terms
Each user may register only one account. Accurate and complete information is required at registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed by 339 at any time. If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, both accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately. 339 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
The following rules must be observed at all times when using the 339 platform:
- Using the platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes
- Managing your own account personally
- Providing accurate identity and banking details
- Following platform guidelines
- Gaining unfair advantage through fraud or manipulation
- Using or accessing another person's account
- Use of automated bots or scripts
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified where necessary.
Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on 339 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
All transactions are secured with encryption technology. 339 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Involvement in any breach of terms or fraudulent activity
- If false information provided during registration is confirmed
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
- Extended period of account inactivity
- By court or regulatory order
